This property is currently improved with an eight-story, multi-tenant mixed-use building that was constructed in 1922 and renovated over the years. Our 2nd floor is reserved for multi-tenant space and the rest of the floor is mixed-uses for commercial spaces; include ground floor retail, restaurants, and basement storage use from mezzanine to upper floors.

Renovations/ upgrades include installation of fire sprinklers, new generator and sub-metering electrical service for each tenant spaces.  We also completed the modernization of the two (2) passenger elevators in 2007.  The building has at least 4 surveillance cameras installed in each floor and monitored digitally with our camera system and burglar and fire alarm monitored by an alarm company.
